Taiwanese oolong is highly fermented, close to red tea. Such oolongs are also called “red water”.

Aroma: fruity, jam, bread, with a hint of honey.

Taste: soft, but at the same time thick and dense, with hints of fruit, berries and baked goods. Noble and rich, reminiscent of good Taiwanese red teas.

Impact: harmonious, leveling and gently warming.
