Brewing Instructions: Preheat your teaware and rinse the tea with boiling water. Use water at 96–98 °C, keeping it hot. For multiple infusions in the Chinese style, use 6 grams of tea per 100 ml of water. Steep for 10–20 seconds to taste, increasing the time by 3–5 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
