Gaba Oolong Hong Shui "Red Water", 50g
Gaba Oolong of strong fermentation, close to red tea, is also known as "Red Water."
In the late 1980s, Japanese producers developed a processing technique that minimizes oxygen exposure, resulting in tea with increased GABA content. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) enhances concentration and productivity, slightly lowers blood pressure, relaxes, and alleviates tension.

Flavor: Soft yet rich and dense, with notes of fruit, chocolate, and baked goods. Noble and abundant, reminiscent of fine Taiwanese red teas.
