South Fujian Oolongs

 

The south of Fujian province is known for its lightly roasted oolongs. This is where one of the most famous Chinese teas, Tieguanyin, originates.

Oolongs from this region often have a spherical twist, a light degree of fermentation, and a floral-fruity bouquet. They are suitable for long, attentive tastings.
