Raw (Sheng) pu-erh Wu Liang Organic, 2023, 100 g
Young Sheng Pu-erh from Wu Liang
A young Sheng Pu-erh made from leaves harvested from large and small trees in an organic garden near the Wu Liang mountain range. Produced and pressed to order by Art of Tea.
Features of the Raw Material:
- The garden is located in the high-altitude region of Uliangshan.
- The leaves are sourced from a single tea garden (mono-origin, not a blend).
- The trees in the garden are between 30 and 70 years old on average.
- The farmer does not use pesticides or chemicals and adheres to traditional farming methods. Such a garden is classified as "Shengtai" or "Organic" in China.
- Harvested in spring 2022 (the first harvest of the year, which is especially important for Sheng Pu-erhs).

Production: China, Yunnan Province, Pu'er County, near the Wu Liang Mountains. Spring 2022 raw material (first harvest), pressed in 2022, produced to order by The Art of Tea.
Format: 100-gram cake.
How to Brew: Use a porcelain gaiwan or a clay teapot, rinse with boiling water, then proceed with quick infusions using boiling water.
A strong Sheng made from high-quality organic raw material. Despite its young age, it is delightful to drink and "unafraid" of boiling water. Thanks to the high quality of the raw material, it has great aging potential. An excellent Sheng from "honest" raw material at a reasonable price.
