Brewing Instructions
Any familiar teaware will work well for Yunnan white tea. Preheat your teaware before brewing. Use boiling water for a bright flavor or cooled water for a gentle and delicate extraction. Porcelain will enhance the aroma, while clay will give a rounder and more pronounced taste. The infusion method allows for multiple flavor profiles from a single brew, while steeping will save time and yield a maximally expressed single flavor. Boiling over an open flame will fully unlock the tea's potential, resulting in a rich, full-bodied, and powerful brew.
