Due to its distinctive appearance, this tea is sometimes called "Pine Needles." Fragrant, warming, and invigorating, it is perfect for simple brewing in a cup or for delicate extraction using a gaiwan or clay teapot.

Aroma: Bright, fragrant, with sweet honey notes.

Taste: Juicy and sweet, with hints of bread crust, dried fruits, pleasant berry astringency, and caramel-chocolate bitterness. The aftertaste is juicy, rich, and aromatic.

Brewing Instructions: Use a porcelain gaiwan for maximum aroma extraction. Opt for an Yixing clay teapot for a more pronounced, rich flavor. Preheat the vessel well. Use boiling water. For infusion, take 5-6 grams per 100 ml of water. For steeping, use 4 grams of tea for 250 ml of water.
