Black tea Zhong Guo Hong "Chinese Red," 2023, 50g
An unusual, heavily fermented black tea from Yunnan Province.
Its history began just over 20 years ago at the famous Fengqing tea factory, where the technique for producing Dianhong teas was developed in the early 20th century. This time, the factory's specialists set out to create a black tea that embodies the collective essence of all Chinese black teas, hence its resonant name. Through experiments with cultivars brought from other provinces and various processing techniques, "Chinese Red" was born.
