Green tea matcha (mattcha).

Ceremonial grade. Made from early-stage tea leaves with minimal grinding, it features a bright green color and sweet aroma.

The taste is rich, sweet with a gentle bitterness, similar to good green tea. Brewing ratio: 1 heaping teaspoon for 50 ml of water. It has a pronounced tonic and invigorating effect.

This tea is grown and produced in China's Zhejiang province on a large certified estate. The tea gardens are planted with Japanese cultivars. Care for the bushes, harvesting, and processing are done according to Japanese standards under the supervision of Japanese technologists.
