The "V93" brand is perhaps one of the most famous in the puer market in China. From year to year, shu puer of this recipe can differ quite noticeably in taste. How to brew
Take 5 or more grams of tea per 100 ml of water for pouring, or 5 grams of tea per 200 ml for steeping. If you want a more pronounced aroma, use a porcelain gaiwan. If you want a richer, denser and more rounded taste, use a clay teapot. Heat the utensils well. Brew the tea with boiling water.
