Oloong Tie Guan Yin, High Grade, Fujian, 50g
Oloong Tie Guan Yin, High Grade, Fujian, 50g
Famous oolong tea from the southern Fujian province, specifically from Anxi County. This region has been traditionally cultivating Tieguanyin since the 7th century. In Anxi, the tea is classified based on its processing method. Our premium Tieguanyin is made using the classical processing technique known as Hua Xiang, or "Flower Aroma." It is appreciated for its balanced taste, floral aroma, and long-lasting aftertaste.
Aroma: Rich, intoxicating fragrance with bright notes of lilac.
Taste: Sweet, floral with a slight astringency. Long, refreshing aftertaste.
Effect: Uplifting, soothing, and gently energizing.
Harvest: Spring 2023.
Brewing instructions: Any teaware is suitable. Porcelain enhances the aroma, clay enriches the flavor, and glass allows you to admire the unfurling leaves. For 100 ml of water, it’s optimal to use 4 grams of tea.
