High-grade Shu Pu-erh with a classic flavor profile, presented in a convenient chocolate bar shape.

The blend consists of two types of material from the Pu-erh region: whole leaves from large trees (Da Shu) and delicate leaves from the palace category (Gunting). The leaves from the trees provide body, richness, and depth, while the Gunting buds contribute brightness, flavor complexity, and uplifting qualities. Moderate fermentation and about a year of aging have achieved a balance of strength and enveloping softness.

The entire chocolate bar contains 9 segments, each easily breakable and weighing 7-8 grams. Perfect for any occasion: ceremonies, work meetings, home tea time, hikes, or business trips. Just break a piece, steep in boiling water, wait, and enjoy!

Aroma: fresh, woody-chocolate, nutty.

Flavor: dense and soft, with a buttery, sweet, creamy aftertaste.

Production: Harvested in 2021 from the Pu-erh region, with fermentation and pressing in 2022 in Menghai County, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province, China. Despite being relatively fresh, the chocolate bar has already reached a harmonious balance and is delightful to drink.
