A lightly fermented, lightly roasted oolong with a semi-spherical shape. Grown and produced at the Ali Shan tea estate.

The Ali Shan mountain range, from which this tea gets its name, is a natural reserve and popular resort on the island. The mountains are known for their stunning views, very mild climate, and their teas. Tea production in this area began in the second half of the last century.
