Gongfu teapot (tipot)

The Gongfu teapot (tipot) is a modern adaptation of the traditional Chinese tea ceremony teapot, designed and manufactured with respect for traditional practices.

How It Works:

The essence of using the Gongfu teapot lies in the pour-over brewing method. The teapot consists of two parts:
- A heat-resistant plastic infusion chamber with a drainage system
- A glass vessel

Brewing Procedure:

1. Place the tea leaves into the infusion chamber.
2. Pour boiling water over the leaves.
3. Wait the required brewing time.
4. Press the drainage button to release the brewed tea through the built-in strainer into the glass vessel.

The quality of Gongfu teapots largely depends on the efficiency of the drainage mechanism. The EC-21 model is shaped like a large pitcher, enhancing its functionality.
